Desert Adventures is part of Kuoni Group’s Destination Management division, and it employs over 180 dedicated and multilingual staff from 30 different nationalities servicing thousands of happy travelers daily. Desert Adventures is also an ISO certified company and applies a Quality Management System according to DIN ISO-9002 thus ensuring that the service is standardized and continuously updated.

Meet & Assist

Our genuine Arab hospitality starts at the airport with arriving guests met by our easily identifiable airport staff. Well trained and multilingual our airport team caters to every customers’ expectation, offering friendly and efficient service. Our Meet & Assist services can also cover different guest requirements. Guests are met, welcomed and presented with our Welcome Package in the arrival meeting and then escorted to the transfer vehicle.Our representative in the hotel will visit the client within the first 24 hours after arrival for their Welcome Meeting. The guests can also call their representative or the office on our 24-hour emergency line number, should they require assistance during their stay.

Transfers & Modern Fleet

Our transportation department dedicates itself to providing the highest quality of services where safety and comfort of guests always come first. Desert Adventures operates its own fleet of luxury vehicles from 45, 30 and 22 – seat luxury coaches, 4WD vehicles and light motor vehicles. All meticulously maintained, air-conditioned, and outfitted to the highest safety specifications. We offer transfer services that caters to every mode of transfers and fit any budget. Our modern fleet of luxury vehicles with our highly trained drivers grants the safety and comfort to all our guests.
